This is what I wrote last year and this year surpassed that. “From the welcoming smile at reception, with a complimentary glass of cava, everything about this hotel felt special. The friendliness of all the staff, the cleanliness of all rooms and communal spaces, the spaciousness of the bedroom, the quality and quantity of the food on offer and the value for money all helped to make this a truly wonderful experience. We definitely intend to repeat our visit next year.” We came here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and we really couldn’t have chosen a better place.

The staff were all excellent. The waiting staff, the chefs, the reception staff and the spa staff, especially Amalia, she is a great massage therapist and I would highly recommend a treatment (I'm also a massage therapist and she really is great). Food is great, really good value for money, parking is free. What more do you need. They have also made improvements to the small gym downstairs which is great and perfectly adequate. We will be back again. Thank you for a great stay Alegría Palacio Mojácar, Keep up the good work 🙏🙏🙌🏼

They were very friendly and the bar staff was excellent if you need kettle or iron you just ask at reception and you got it also the TV was spanish but ask at reception and in minutes the bloke came and changed cable and showed us how to change spanish channels into English also at reception they gave you a map of area and bus time table so you need to ask.nice touch at breakfast was the cava free so you can help yourself I would recommend this hotel

Excellent quality property, well maintained and decorated with style. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and of good quality. Upon arrival, we were offered a glass of champagne or water, and the reception staff walked us to our room. I have visited many 4- and 5-star properties in Spain; for a 4-star property, it is among the best I have stayed at, highly recommended.

Wasn't expecting that level for an all-inclusive, but I'm really impressed and more than satisfied with their offer (options and quality). Spa has an additional price, but totally worth it. Bonus: they offer a glass of cava for welcoming.
